Our restaurant opened Spring 2019 and is proud to be the first Filipino Restaurant in Birmingham. Having a successful opening, we strive to improve our artistic and unique style in order to share with our customers. Traditional dishes freshly off the cooker are made and served on the day as well as side dishes and your selection of rice to accompany the dish. We offer takeaway in case any of our customers cannot dine in with us. We host catering which is done separately within our company B.I.T (Best In Taste). Our highly experienced chefs at Manila flavours are our pride and joy of the Filipino Community. They show us all their knowledge of Filipino foods through their cooking alone. Cooking Filipino dishes for many years for their families as well as intensive training every year, they have mastered the art of Filipino cuisine and has developed our menu to suite our customers. Having an open kitchen allows the chefs to show their skills as well as entertain the customers while they cook. The sweet and savoury smell of the dishes will leave customers wanting more.
